Late fee

We don't like to do it, but to keep business running smoothly, we do require our customers to comply with the terms and conditions of hire.

Unfortunately for every day that a dress is late on return, it can mean the difference between the next customer missing out on their chance to wear the garment that you enjoyed!

This is why to cover the cost of our refunding the next customer, our T&C's include a $50 late fee per business day that your garment is late on return.
