At Finn, we don't think you have to be heading to a formal or a wedding to hire something for yourself. That's why we offer flexibility in your hire period, with hire periods of one day, one week or two weeks.
Wedding interstate over the long weekend? No worries!
Want a new few pieces for your interstate holiday? Perfect!
If you have a longer hire period in mind than the allocated brackets, contact us to discuss - we're happy to help.
How do I book?
1. Find the garment you're after within our collection, and check that it's available on the garment's calendar.
2. For one day hires, select the date of your event as your hire date. We will ensure it makes it to you ahead of your event!
3. For extended hires, select the first day you'd like to have your garment as the hire date.
What date should I book for?
Select the date of your event as your hire date with the 'One day' option and we will make sure it arrives to you on time.
Eg: If your event is on Saturday, select Saturday as your booking date. We will ensure the dress arrives to you prior to this date.
If you would be unable to mail back your dress the next business day, or would like to enjoy it for longer, select One week or Two weeks, with the date you would first like to have the dress as your start date.
When will I receive it?
We aim to have your garment to you a couple of days prior to your event, just in case.
How do I return it?
You'll receive an Australia Post return satchel along with your dress. Simply sign the front of the bag, and take it into your nearest Australia Post outlet on the next business day.
Please do not put your garment in a post box as it will not be processed within express post periods, and note that we charge a $50 late fee per business day that your dress is not delivered to Australia Post. This is because even one day can mean the next customer misses out on wearing the garment.
Do I clean it?
Nope! Dry cleaning is included in your hire cost, so we will do this for you when we receive the garment back.
